"Taking care of yourself is not just an option; it is a standard for the modern man."
Gentlemen, let’s face it, a bar of soap and some deodorant isn’t cutting it anymore. Did it ever though, really?

You probably already knew that and just didn’t know where to start. Perhaps you’re looking for some new things to add to your daily (or “when I remember to”) routine. Whatever the case may be...

Men’s skin is 20% - 30%  thicker than women’s skin, and produces more oil. Skincare for men is developed to specifically target their unique needs. For daily facial cleansing, try ClarinsMen Active Face Wash. It is soap-free and has water-softening properties to prevent excessive  drying of the skin, which can cause an overproduction of oil. The light lemon scent invigorates and provides a great pick-me-up on an early morning.

Molton Brown’s Re-charge Black Pepper Body Wash should be a staple in every man’s grooming routine. The scent is spicy, yet subtle, and black pepper oil functions as an aphrodisiac. Combined with the aroma of vetiver, basil, bergamot, galbanum, amber, and vanilla -- this uplifting shower gel is hard to resist.

With the Fall already underway, and Winter quickly approaching, chapped hands and lips will become an issue for most men.  Jack Black (no, not the actor) makes an Industrial Strength Hand Healer and Intense Therapy Lip Balm SPF 25 that will soothe the most disparaging cases of both conditions.

The Industrial Strength Hand Healer, with vitamins A and E,  is a non-greasy balm that provides intense hydration for dry hands. Essential oil of Eucalyptus gives a cooling sensation to overworked hands.

Breath freshening Natural Mint is one of several flavors that the low-shine Intense Therapy Lip Balm comes in, but all varieties are formulated with shea butter, avocado oil, and vitamin E to condition and repair dry lips.

Taking care of yourself is not just an option; it is a standard for the modern man. With a vast amount of products to choose from, there are options available for everyone. Trying something new is not necessarily a lifelong commitment, but it is an investment in your skin’s future.
